She is a Ghanaian by Birth, Rejoice is Currently the Channel Sales Manager for their Ghana operations at Redington Gulf FZE, she handle Microsoft division of their Ghana Business VL, OVL, OVS OVES and OEM and FPP. With Experienced in demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Business Planning, Sales, Communication, Storage, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Strong information technology professional graduated from Methodist University College Ghana.
On the Administration front, Rejoice is the Director and a member of Board of Directors of Waterski and Wakeboard Association Ghana (WWAG) and hold a key position in the organization as a treasure. aside of this position she also play a key role in the development of the association meetings with the stakeholders and other high Executive Meeting with the President of the Association, facilitate most of the document for the president in order for the Association to gain a membership from the the Mother Body ( International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation )

Lawrence is the Founder, Chairman and President of Waterski and Wakeboard Association Ghana, the organization he founded together with Ms Barnes and Mr Uwe Goldstein, GWWA (Waterski and Wakeboard Association Ghana) is a sports company which is the Governing Body responsible for Waterskiing and Wakeboarding Sports development in Ghana. A body which has been structured as a sports discipline based organization that reflects the operation of the sport within all regions of the country. The skieir's rope and handle are pulled by an electrically -driven cable. The GWWA is tasked to develop and promote towed water sports in Ghana and it is Affiliated to International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) as the National Governing Body.
The concept of this Sports initiative started in the year 2018 in Ghana, where Lawrence made strides into exploring the positive music of change in developing this sport in the country. Mr. Uwe Goldstein who was deeply interested in developing the sports in Ghana, Africa and other parts of the world, introduced this sport to Lawrence and MS Barnes. Lawrence then put his energy into partnering with him to bring this exciting, and highly beneficial sports to Ghana. ( WATERSKI AND WAKEBOARD ASSOCIATION GHANA In same year 2018, a member of the Directors and co-founder Ms. Barnes was invited by International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) as a VIP guest to Aqaba- Jordan World Cup on 8th of May 2018 to witness and also show the possibilities introducing the sport into country, city and theworld community which was done with the unrelenting support of Uwe Goldstein who is the chairman in charge of the development committee of International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF).
Waterski and Wakeboard Association Ghana was granted Membership into International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation Congress Held in Malaysia 15th August 2019 with International Certificate. In 2019 the organization was also giving the recognition letter from National Sports Authority Ghana to carry this kind of sports in the country in accordance with the mission and role at national level, that is, to participate in sporting activities to promote peace, develop men and women in sport and to discover talents to promote Water sports in Ghana.
On the Administration front, of Waterski & Wakeboard Association Ghana, Lawrence is the Commander in Chief and Head of Organization for the leadership, In line with his position, direction and co-ordination of the activities of the Association is carried on. He is passionate about development, growth and connection of the body in Ghana to its mother body (IWWF). Being self aware and egoless in his leadership and relationships is a skill he continues to master throughout his continued development. He stands for development, a positive culture and strong organizational values: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Courage.
Uwe is the Co-Founder, IWWF Representative and Vice President of the Waterski and Wakeboard Association Ghana. He has organised many Europe & African Championships, World Championships and World Cup and was Member of the Cable Wakeboard World Council, IWWF Cable Development Chairman and World Cup Commercial Director. He is experienced in organising Events in each level and was responsible also as IWWF Event Director for World Cups.
Uwe found already the Panama Waterski & Wakeboard Federation and the Nigeria Waterski and Wakeboard Federation. In 2016 Uwe was awarded with the ADMA Award, the African Diaspora Merit Award. In 2018 Uwe has introduced the Wakeboard Sport to the Director of Waterski & Wakeboard Sport of Ghana in Aqaba during the World Cup which he has organized there.
His main work within our Sport Organisation is representing us in the IWWF, organising Events in Ghana developing our Sport and bring Athletes to international Events.
She is a Ghanaian by Birth, and a Nurse, a lady with passion and hard working lady with very friendly is discharging her feed of her work in different position in Nursing. In the year 2018 she becomes part of the organization with the passionate about development, growth and connection. Being self aware and egoless in her leadership and relationships is a skill she continues to master throughout her continued development, honest and integral in performing my duties.
She also stands for development, a positive culture and strong organizational values: Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Courage. Her communication and values of egoless leadership. Ultimately sport is what brings us together to create and inspire regardless of discipline.
Ms Barnes was invited by International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) as a Vip gust to Aqaba- Jordan World Cup on 8th of May 2018 to show the possibilities introducing the country, city and the sport area to world community.
Currently she the co-founder and Director of Waterski and wakeboard Association Ghana and passionate about Water sports growing as a whole.
